shikhardang.xyz - My nameservers are correctly attached to my domain provider but still I am seeing my website is not working. I am able to access the FTP server but not on my domain. Can you please help me with this. I am not able to understand where is the issue.
I’m also here because the server wasn’t responding and I thought it might have been down but it’s just fine now after two minutes.

I checked your site and it seems that the domain is assigned to a hosting account and is pointing to our nameservers, but no DNS records for your domain are published in our nameservers.
This is a known bug on our end that we haven’t been able to fix yet.
But as a workaround, you can remove the domain from your account and then add it again. That will force the system to setup new DNS records for your domain.
Note that this will likely modify which directory on your account your domain is linked to, so you may need to move your files:

Can’t we just park that domain on same directory will it able to work with that directory. I don’t about the problem just got doubt on reading the post.
That’s how parked domains work, yes. However, in order to park a domain, you need to be able to park it on another domain.
And if you have only one domain, you can’t park the domain onto itself. You need to remove the domain before you can add it again, but then you can’t use the same domain as a parking target.
So the method I described where you need to move your website files is the best option.
