When I login the account I got the following error when i use word press. Screen shot inclosed. Plus i can’t access the web panel . I can’t access my admin panel as well.can you help me fix me.

It seems like WordPress was not able to delete the temporary maintenance file if you were trying to update a theme or plugin.
Try accessing your files via the File Manager or FTP client and in the “htdocs” folder, delete a file named “.maintenance” if there is one and recheck again if the maintenance page is still there.

Softaculous also crashes
If you’ve encountered a Softaculous error like “Please try again in 20 mins” it seems like it’s not only you who is experiencing the same issue, maybe Softaculous is temporarily down. It is yet to be confirmed by Admin.
I can log into word press fine . But When you try to update the theme .The will fails to update and then you get the temporary maintenance message and you try to use other themes . same error . It has not happened with plugin’s. yet
Still not able to access website admin panel or anything else. Still getting error messages even after removing the maintenance part of the site… Can’t even

You will just have to wait for the admin to confirm about the Softaculous error.
How long does that normally take. It just seems kind of hard. I thought you guys should know anyways. Hope the information was helpful. Please let me know when problem is Fixed

What’s interesting is the website admin dashboard work . But when you try to update the theme it give the failed to update theme message then it crashes . This is on the word press side of things.
