I went to update the Elementor and when it’s loading it stops halfway and doesn’t come out of it, what do I do?

Elementor isn’t recommended in free hosting as it’s quite heavy and uses many resources, which probably causes it to break.
You’ll need to either upgrade to premium hosting or use a different theme/website builder.

But as @ChrisPAR also said: Elementor is a very heavy plugin so we recommend against using it on our hosting.
