Hi and welcome to the forum! Someone else in the forum had the same issue as yours, and here is the respective reply:

You probably have encrypted code (vendor) somewhere in your code that “belongs” to ionCube - whose version is older. PHP source code is encoded and requires the correct version of ionCube Loader to successfully decode it. Usually, the file uses a version of the ionCube Loader for PHP 7 or earlier and cannot use ionCube loader for PHP 8.2.

Also, ionCube Loader is already installed on free hosting, so there is no need to install it again nor can you install it on your own.

My code is for PHP 7.4, could you activate it for my website?, If you have an ioncube activated, it is not functional.

No, free hosting is on PHP 8.2 (I think, it’s 8.something). If you want a different PHP version you need to upgrade to premium.

Our hosting has IonCube loaders enabled. However, it does require the code to be encrypted for use with PHP 8.2. Code encrypted with older IonCube versions does not work on newer PHP versions, even if the underlying code itself does work.

Please note that this is a limitation imposed by IonCube, and the invasive way it hooks into the PHP runtime, breaking a lot of the compatibility that PHP itself offers.

So please ask your script developer to release a version of the code that works on an up to date PHP version.
