FPT QUOTA REACHED
(please share the FULL error message you see, if applicable)
Hi, unfortunately, I’m trying to upload a file in the filemanager.ai that is around 18kb. This file is just a extension for the PhPBB forum so it isn’t that important. From what I know, I have more than enough storage. “33mb/5G.” The inodes are 4630 / 59400
Thanks,

Alright, well I think it’s a storage bug because I have 4630 / 59400 in inode usage. I don’t know why FTP isn’t working for me. Can you escalate the request to the admin?
This sounds like an error message from the online file manager. It just randomly says that even if someone is far from the limit.
What did your ftp software actually says? There’re many reasons why you couldn’t connect, and reading the article that Greenreader9 shared is a good start.
Admin will reply if he finds it necessary, but there’s not really an “escalate” function on this forum.
The “FTP Quota Reached” error is a bug in the file manager which we have been unable to resolve so far. The best workaround is to use a desktop FTP client like FileZilla.
If you are having trouble with FileZilla too, please try these troubleshooting steps first:
If this doesn’t help, please share the logs from FileZilla so we can see what’s going wrong:
Regardless, I checked your account and I don’t see any issues. FTP is working for your account, and you’re well within all the limits.
