Log into the Client Area, go on the hosting account you’re experiencing the problem, click on “Account Change” and then “Update Password” if you agree to generate it randomly (or fill in the “New Password” field with the new password you want to apply on the hosting account before clicking that button).

After this, copy the new password and change it on your wp-config.php file, along with the database username (which should start with if0_).

Your website was installed with Softaculous, which gives it a slightly different database user.

The password is fine as it is now, but please also change the DB_USER parameter in your wp-config.php to match the the database username of your account (the one which looks like if0_12345678, not 12345678_9).

Same issue for me. " Fatal error : Uncaught mysqli_sql_exception: Access denied for user 'epiz_…"

Also, accessing phpMyAdmin from control panel gives error "This page isn’t working - php-myadmin.net redirected you too many times. "
