Error Message

Error establishing a database connection

Other Information

I was just making backups for my website using All In One WP Migration and when i tried to enter to Backups section just my website returned me that error. Literally that error occurred instantly.

I need help :frowning:

There have been some Control Panel/Hosting API problems, maybe this was the problem. You can probably download your database from PHPmyadmin. You can access that from the cPanel.

When i try to connect to my phpMyAdmin it returns me “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”

Try going to sql313.epizy.com and log in with credentials from the client area.

EDIT: sql313.epizy.com is not loading for me.

Note that although backup plugins are supported, they are highly discouraged. The files that result from them can easily be over the 10MB limit (Meaning that you will never be able to use your backup here), and backup plugins can get your account suspended for going over the limits.

Try again now. The panel is working for me. Try clearing your cache or using a different browser if it doesn’t work. Welcome to the forum BTW!

I tried in other browsers, clearing my cache and nothing works. I just wanna export my pages xml. I deleted All In One WP Migration Plugin and nothing works :frowning: I think i’m gonna do my entire website again… I don’t want, my project is so advanced.

sql313.epizy.com isn’t working for me too.

I’m sorry, but that makes no sense. Just because there was an issue that affected all accounts, that doesn’t mean that every issue on every account must be a consequence of that.

It could be that your hosting account password got corrupted. That could explain why both WordPress and you can’t connect to the database.

To fix this, simply go into the client area, go to your account, click Edit Account and change the hosting account password. After you’ve done that, use the control panel button in the client area to login to the account.

If you try to access phpMyAdmin then, you should be able to access it without problems. And if the database password in the WordPress configuration matches the current password too, it will also work again.

Thank you admin!!

The problem was resolved, i don’t know how, but today it’s resolved.

Yesterday, my databases don’t showed in the cpanel and when i tried to create one with the same name that is using my wp installation, it gets deletted all the time, but today all looks good.

I apreciate your reply.

Best regards to you .

OK, that would have been good to know earlier. Because if that happens, it usually means the database server is malfunctioning.

But if it’s working now, then most likely that has been resolved.
