Error Message

Error during FTP upload, permission denied at:
“/studysync.kittentech.org/htdocs/index.html”.

Other Information

All my other subdomains are editable but whenever I tried to make a new one today for a new project I’m working on, it returned the above error. I made sure the files were in the “htdocs” folder and deleted the subdomain then make a new one. Both new subdomains return the error. I’ve tried editing files using CyberDuck on a Mac and the online “file manager.ai”. What should I do?

Please make sure to delete the index2.html file uploaded by default. Please do not rename it to index.html or try to edit it. The default welcome page is protected against writes, so please just delete it.
