yeah and i also reinstalled wp and all my files but there is a undeletable folder in my filemanager named vol1_1/infinityfree.com/if0_41873555/htdocs/Events/storage/app/publicvol1_1/infinityfree.com/if0_41873555/htdocs/Events/storage/app/publicvol1_1/infinityfree.com/if0_41873555/htdocs/Events/storage/app/publicvol1_1/infinityfree.com/if0_41873555/htdocs/Events/storage/app/public it is not deletable

I would be more surprised if it did start working now. My previous message still applies though.
It possible to create files with PHP that cannot be deleted or accessed via FTP, including the file manager (which is also just an FTP client). The fix is to delete it via FTP.
But before we dive into that, let’s focus on the more urgent issue of your website not being reachable.
And just to let you know: I see no reason to believe that doing anything on your website itself will affect this issue, including reinstalling WordPress.
