(After getting the certificate, go to SSL / TLS and add the certificate and key and click on upload certificate, but nothing happened. The certificate was not downloaded)

First add private key and click on upload key then add certificate and click on upload certificate and then check your website through https:// (secured connection) from incognito as your browser might have caches.
This is exactly what I did, but nothing happened and the certificate was not installed, as if the upload key and upload certificate buttons do not work.

As for your SSL installation, I just tried it on your domain and everything worked as it should. I copied the private key in the private key field and clicked Upload Key. I copied the certificate in the certificate field and clicked Upload Certificate. I opened your website, added https to the URL and hit refresh. Everything works perfectly.
