Error connecting WooCommerce to store

Hi guys, I’m trying to connect WooCommerce to a Custom cat store and it doesn’t seem to work. I tried almost everything so far. I even manually installed Wordpress and the WooCommerce plugin. The error message appears atfer pressing the “approve” button for read/write rights. Please see attached screen.

Error Message

Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data.

Is it not possible to properly connect WooCommerce when using free hosting? Is there a setting which doesn’t allow it? Thank you.

I’ve never used CustomCat before, but my guess is that this security system is blocking it:
