All configuration in cloudflare is corrected, main site is working but subdomain (pizza.yumminos.com) is not loading and gives host error

a 520 error is almost always something to do with services like cloudflare.
In this instance, I’d say you need to set up routing for *.yumminos.com if you’ve not already. Or if you’ve already done this, maybe try specifically setting up routing for pizza.yumminos.com
