Hi,
May I know wether this is your site or not?

Yes, of course it is.

*(they are)
Do you happen to know how to resolve this issue?

I have this very same problem through cloudflare. The website was working pretty well for the past two weeks. I even changed the DNSs back to the InfinityFree’s DNSs on my domain registrar and still getting an ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
Any help regarding this problem??

It seeems like CF is causing a lot of issues today. Did you try to disable it and try to visit your site again? @John_38 @Terrennce

@ChrisPAR the hosting isn’t such a perfect as well so it’s still can be a hosting problem, maybe one of the servers is down, some certain amount of users having that problem. Don’t blame all the services but InfinityFree.

Hi @ChrisPAR thank you for replying! Yes, in fact I removed my website from CF account, and went back to the InfinityFree’s DNSes on my domain registrar. But still getting the ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. I supposed I have to wait around 72 hrs.

I didn’t do that for sure. I just said that CF caused a lot of issues, and not only here. Disabling it and seeing if that was the error is the best you can do, and if you see that it is not, then it is IF server problem.

Maybe your server is being migrated right now, who knows

Have you try to access your site with http:// instead? I got response though, but due to ISP restriction, all I see is this InternetSehat stuff. Don’t worry, it should be just on my connection.

It looks like the server your website is on is unreachable. I’ve contacted iFastNet to ask for clarification, I don’t know anything else myself at this time.

Hi, Thank you for replying @Admin. I temporary removed my domain from CloudFlare; I put back the DNSs from InfitnityFree at my domain’s registrar, and I got a confirmation email from they stating that the DNS changed successfully, but I still can’t access my website, any update about this problem?
Thank you in advance!

@Admin The problem has been resolved. Thank you.

The IP address your websites were on was under attack. The websites have been moved to a different IP address. If you are using our nameservers, you don’t have to do anything. If you are using third party nameservers, you may need to reconfigure them.
