Error 500

Tengo un problema algo parcido, pero esta vez solo con archivos de php. por el momento tengo un archivo index.php en el cual solo tengo este código:

<?PHP include 'l.php'; echo $l; //$1 = $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']; //echo $1; header('refresh: 10; http://vnn.epizy.com/l.php'); ?>

al eliminar los comentarios me sale el error 500, solo lo quiero para hacer una comparacion en una web que estoy construyendo y necesito el nombre del server.

al igual al hacer un while me da el error 500. la version de php es la 7.3 la que esta en el “host”.
