i get 500 internal server error whenever i visit my subdomain,
the domain is dl.lmao.sbs, and i havea index.html that has just plan text in it, i uplaoded a test.png file to test, and even that gave me a error. i use cloudflare if that helps.
Your site asks me for a username and password, and then gives me an unauthorized error when I don’t input anything. Are you using the protected directory feature in the control panel?

no, i made the .htaccess and .htpasswd
but when i entered it once correctly, i never got it again AND it doesn’t load
Have you tried removing the password and seeing if that resolves the issue? And do you have any CMS or other form of app installed at all, even if it isn’t being used for your index.html?

i renamed the htaccess and htpasswd, but now the i think the index.php loads, not any other files inside the websites. and what is CMS? and wdym by app installed? sry i’m new
Hey there, We can’t access your site because you’ve password-protected the directory. CMS stands for Content Management System. For example, Wordpress is a CMS. CMS will allow you to manage your website’s contents without editing internal files manually. like when you are publishing an article to your website and etc.

I checked dl.lmao.sbs, and there doesn’t seem to be anything there other than the index.html and the password protection stuff.
