Sites on Hosting Volume vol1_2 down: 404 error and FTP/file manager down System Issues

IMPORTANT: Please read the Outage Communication Rules before posting! Since about 24 hours ago, the websites on the Hosting Volume vol1_2 are down. If your website is on this hosting volume, you will see the following issues: Your website shows the error: “404! We couldn’t find that page.” FTP connection shows: “421 Home directory not available - aborting” The file manager doesn’t log you in. You can view your Hosting Volume in the client area.
