So… what exactly do you hope to get from us regarding this? If a plugin doesn’t work, it doesn’t work, and you need to figure out why this happens and how to fix it.
If you believe that this is a hosting issue, then we can look into it. But then please share what you know about this issue and why you believe it’s a hosting problem.
Are you referring to this plugin by any chance? Because this plugin has been removed and abandoned, so it’s very unlikely that it will work on recent versions of WordPress and PHP. You may have more luck with a different plugin that’s more actively being developed.
