Our hosting supports PHP and, save for a few specific fair usage and security restrictions, should work exactly as you’d expect from a PHP hosting service.

Are you having any specific issues you’re trying to solve? Instead of playing twenty questions about possible restrictions on our hosting, maybe we can just help you solve the actual issue you’re having.

FTP is one protocol, SSH and SFTP are another (but SSH and SFTP are related). Our hosting only supports FTP, not SSH/SFTP. And please pay attention to the settings you should use, you can’t just put your own domain in the FTP server host for example.
