ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS after install Wordpress

When I connect domain to Hosting, the website show active. But when I install Wordpress in my Website through Softaculus (by Cpanel) then my website show:
“ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”
I try to install in http and https, but both way is not working.
My site is: https://rubyphan.com
My domain registrar is Cloudflare.
Please guide me, thank you
