so my site was partially working and after i added the free ssl cert i’m now getting this error

This site can’t provide a secure connection

bingo.free.nf sent an invalid response.

Any one know whats going on?

The cert haven’t take effect yet. Be paitient.

im also getting this error

in a different browser Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to bingo.free.nf. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

Well, your site is using HTTPS for me.

It depends. Sometimes it is 5 minutes; other times it can be a few hours. You may wanted to switch device / network, use a VPN, which probably helps.

tried from my tablet, pc and phone still don’t work for me and i don’t have a vpn they cost too much money lol

Then you might wanted to wait :grinning:

BTW, you don’t seem to have placed a valid index.php or index.html file so your site end up in a directory listing, which can be a little bit dangerous! You should change that.

Um no, having a index file doesn’t necassarily solve the issue. I said “BTW”, which means “By the way”. Sorry for the confusion.

SSL is nearly instant in most cases. At worse it takes something like 15 minutes. If it took a lot longer for you, then I don’t know what happened.

Do they really? I have used a lot of free ones before.
Definitelly bad for privacy but should be non issue in your case

The https version of your website works fine for me! Can you try to view your website with different network or device?

i dont have any other network. my phone is an app onmy pc. i only have 1 connection. i will look for a free vpn but that seems odd that my ip would be blocked from my own website. hmm.

I deleted my site. will try again with a different website url.
