The pcs with no security has no issues, The issue has been identified when ESET is installed. ESET is blocking for SSL_PROTOCOL.
I have tried in normal system and mobile devices, it works fine. If ESET is present, it shows this error, even with the primary domain, https://gt.tc
Is it possible to fix it? or Whitelist the domain?
As you said it happens when you have ESET on.
So you need to resolve this issue with ESET not us… It would be best to report to ESET as a false positive or you could try whitelisting the domain by yourself if possible as a temporary solution.
ESET Said domain reputaion issue.
This is the primary domain. There is no issue in the files, because I have checked that by putting the same code in another domain from infintyfree. It loads properly without an error.

It’s “low reputation” because these antiviruses don’t know this domain serves as a subdomain extension. It sees “bad.gt.tc” that contains some bad information and be like “oh so gt.tc is bad! blockage go brrrrrr” And it doesn’t lift it when bad.gt.tc is taken down.
You need to report this issue to ESET. Not here. We cannot help you…
