My site I havent set up yet I have just one placeholder index page, yet I get an error when I try to visit.
That is a client side error.
If you have HTTP/2-Quic enabled in your Cloudflare configuration, then it will tell the browser to use Quic over HTTP/2. This error can happen if your browser is out of date or Cloudflare accidentally sent a malformed response.
However, your site is working fine for me. Try updating your browser, and if that doesn’t work, try another browser.

QUIC is HTTP/3, not HTTP/2.
Free hosting doesn’t support QUIC (yet). I don’t think the protocol is “official” yet, but some parties, like Google Chrome and Cloudflare, have already gone ahead and implemented it.
But you’re not using Cloudflare, so I don’t understand why your browser is trying to connect with QUIC.
If I were you, I’d just try disabling QUIC entire and see if that helps:
