same. my account has been to suspend for entry process. Only i am visiting my site so there is no traffic. i’ve been asked to wait for 24 hours and i can’t access my important project files. its very wired

my account has been suspended temporarily due to entry process and i’ve been asked to wait for 24 hours. I am the only person to visit my website. I’ve not shared the website with other so ( 0 traffic ) right now. I can’t access my important project files which seems to be nightmare. Please fix is as soon as possible
