Your account was suspended because you hit the Entry Process limits.
To learn more about the limits, please check the knowledge base articles about the Entry Process limits.
Accounts that hit a daily limit are suspended for 24 hours. After 24 hours, your account will be reactivated automatically.
Your account will be reactivated automatically in less than an hour from now.
Please take action to ensure you do not hit the limits of your account again. Accounts that keep hitting the daily limits may be terminated.
To increase the limits, please consider upgrading to premium hosting. Premium hosting has much higher limits than free hosting, and hitting these limits will never result in your account getting suspended. iFastNet can even migrate your data from your free account while the account is still suspended! ( Please, I need to understand what the problem is that I have specifically, since I am new to you. Soon I will consider the promotion, after I finish adjusting my site, but now, what is the problem specifically, in order not to repeat what happened, I was not able to access the problem on the site.)
I read the article previously, and I was not able to reach the solution, or the method of modification. I use paid WordPress templates that I obtained from my school, so please direct me to reach the solution points. I am not an expert yet, as I am at the beginning of the path.
Entry process is very hard to pinpoint to a specific thing. Disable all plugins and themes, and slowly re-enable them over a period of multiple weeks. If you get suspended again, something you recently enabled might be a part of the cause.
Or, just upgrade to premium hosting where you get a lot more server power
If you stop all plugins and themes
There will be no websiteو
If you stop all plugins and themes
There will be no site. If you have experience in this, please guide me. I will be grateful to you, and I apologize for your trouble.
I will try, until I save the necessary money. I am a high school student, and the school provided me with a free paid template for me due to my excellence in studies, and I have no hopes now for that promotion.
I would start with removing Elementor, it is very heavy and uses a lot of server power. Use the built-in gutenburg editor instead.
Redux Framework and Tidio would be my next two guesses of things causing a lot of server usage, but I’m not a developer for either one so I don’t actually know if they use a lot of resources or not
I’m not sure how Tidio actually works, but it sounds like a live chat script, which means it might be breaking our terms, as we don’t allow chat scripts to be hosted with us.
If the chat connections to directly to Tidio and don’t pass through our server, then it’s fine. Otherwise, then you should immediately remove it.
