Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.
Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.
Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look.
Your account was temporarily suspended for the Entry Process limit on 25 Oct and was reactivated on 26 Oct. So if you still see that message now, can you tell me the exact address of the site that shows it?
The status page incident you linked is about the domain howto.rocks not resolving for free subdomains. It’s a different problem from the suspension message. The sites on your account don’t appear to be howto.rocks subdomains either.
The Entry Process limit is about bursts of requests. Every request to a URL on your site starts one entry process. Your account can only have so many at once, and requests beyond that fail and are counted as “entry process failures”. Hitting the limit too often gets the account suspended. This article explains it and how to reduce it:
Its main recommendations:
Don’t give static files (HTML, CSS and so on) a .php extension, because every request to a .php file creates an entry process.
Cut back on AJAX or other background requests, such as a page that keeps refreshing itself to check for changes.
The article also says the limit can’t be raised on free hosting. Premium hosting has a much higher allocation.
