Email Problem ! Please help!

I cannot receive any mail.

Hello,

I bought the domain from an another website, and moved the host to InfinityFree (to crate my personal website).

Now I can sand email but I cannot receive (maybe for A Record or MX problem).
I would like to know how keep the website with InfinityFree and make the mail work on the other hosting.

How Can I do that?
I’m not an expert.

Since you did not write clearly. Below is a generic reply.
You need MX and SPF record in order for email to work.
Free email is no longer available on free hosting.
Try Zoho mail.

I checked your MX records, and they seem like a bit of a mess. I take it ionos.it is your email provider? If so, please remove the MX records pointing to mx.cryptochartita.com. and mx.epizy.com.. They point to our mail servers, which are not available for new users.

The first one I cannot delete on subdomain.

Could you delete the 1st (mx.byetcluster.com) please!?

None can, it is set a by iFastNet. So forget of removing that record.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!

I deleted smtp.ionos.it - mx.cryptochartita.com and mx.epizy.com.

The site is ON and the mail arrive!!
