Email error - Cloudflare and MX

Hi,
Website: wewillsavethepla.net

I am not able to receive emails with Forward account: I have set the MX record on Cloudflare
to mx.epizy.com 10
However, I do not receive any emails: I have created info@ as a forward account to my personal email

On the other side, I have created a full account. This one works like a charm.

Ideas?

From “How to set your MX record”:

  • Are you using the control panel Cloudflare integration? A known issue of the control panel Cloudflare integration is that it breaks MX records (as well as custom CNAME records and subdomains). To receive email, you must disable Cloudflare on your domain name.

No, I am not using it.

Then the MX record is now propagated, and you can now receive emails and use forwarders. But if you’re using Gmail, you can’t receive emails sent to the forwarder to your email address:

Email forwarders are great when they work, and troublesome when they don’t. Because with an email forwarder, you never know whether the forwarding email service is unable to receive the email from your domain, or is unable to send the email to the forwarded address.

In order to help figure that out, could you setup an email account and see if you can receive email with that?

And like @Ergastolator1 said, Gmail is notorious for disliking forwarded email.
