Elementor editor keeps loading and WordPress admin pages sometimes show resource limit errors

Hello,

I am using WordPress with Elementor on my website https://orvixcreative.com.

For the past several days, Elementor has been very unreliable. Sometimes the editor loads, but most of the time it keeps loading or does not open properly.

I also received the following message:

“This site/page has used all available resources allowed for a free hosting account.”

However, when I checked my InfinityFree statistics, the resource usage does not appear to be fully exhausted.

I have already checked the following:

  • SSL certificate is active and issued.
  • Cloudflare SSL/TLS mode is set to Full.
  • Astra theme is active.
  • Only a few plugins are active (Elementor and Contact Form 7).
  • The website itself loads normally for visitors.

Could you please help me determine whether this is a hosting resource issue, a WordPress issue, or something related to Elementor?

Elementor is very heavy, to the point that it doesn’t work well on InfinityFree; it officially requires more resources than each free account lets you use. If you absolutely need a block editor, I’d recommend trying the one built-in to WordPress (Gutenberg) which should make things much smoother.
