Due to an upgrade of the underlying hosting platform, it’s currently not possible to create new hosting accounts. We expect that this will be resolved within a few hours.

Existing accounts are completely unaffected by this.

What issue is this? Please help me resolve this issue.

What part of “not possible” and “resolved within a few hours” makes you believe that you can resolve this yourself?
