Trusted Host Settings

Not enabled

The trusted_host_patterns setting is not configured in settings.php. This can lead to security vulnerabilities. It is highly recommended that you configure this. See Protecting against HTTP HOST Header attacks for more information.

Is there an appropriate way to configure ‘trusted _host’ setting to work properly with InfinityFree?

PHP OPcode caching

Not enabled

PHP OPcode caching can improve your site’s performance considerably. It is highly recommended to have OPcache installed on your server.

Is there a provision for this option on InfinityFree to solve this install requirement?

Thank you.

Thank you, I did look at that but was unsure which method to apply. I was curious if this is a common configuration issue that is best handled any particular way on InfinityFree’s hosting provision.

I have not worked in Drupal since early V 7x so I’m fumbling along to catch up and work among restrictions of a free hosting to test it. Some features in the free hosting are sometimes not available.

I was hoping someone could suggest the best approach to solve these.

Thanks again.

I don’t see many Drupal related topics here, and I haven’t touched Drupal in a very long time.

The trusted_hosts setting would probably work as you would expect. Looking at the documentation, it should be set to your domain name, and I see no reason to assume that you would anything else here.

Opcache is indeed not enabled on our hosting. Opcache can increase performance, but in a low cost shared hosting environment, the benefit is very small. So you can just ignore this recommendation.
