Eu comprei um dominio namesilo, adorei. Nome é agenciaoceans.com. O meu subdominio é agenciaoceans.epizy.com, agora eu quero alterar no servidor, ja apontei no provedor do dominio dns 1 e 2. Ja carreguei os documentos na massa por meio do FTP. Mas mesmo assim meu site ainda está sendo direcionado para agenciaoceans.epizy.com

I bought a namesilo domain, loved it. Name is. My subdomain is agenciaoceans.epizy.com, now I want to change it on the server, I already pointed at the domain provider dns 1 and 2. I already uploaded the documents in bulk via FTP. But even so my site is still being directed to agenciaoceans.epizy.com

Your new domain is working fine, so there must be some sort of redirect in place. Please remove the redirect from the new domain (Weather that be in .htaccess, in the control panel, or somewhere else). If you need help, let me know!

2. When you say it “Disappeared” what happened? Did you get an error, white screen?

Whatever domain WordPress is set to is the only domain your site will show on. If you want your website to show on a different domain, you must change the domain name in WP settings.
