Can i link my krankradio.rf.gd domain to a subdomain of a domain I own on cloudflair as I cannot change name servers so can i use a CNAME to link to my main domain.

So you have a domain at Cloudflare, and want to create a sub-domain of it here?
In order to do that, you need to link the main domain to your IF account (Change nameservers), create the subdomain, then set the nameservers back, and setting up A records with the IP of your account.
ahokay - i cant chnage my nameservers due to having a lot on my domain.

No. Change the nameservers, setup the sub-domain, and change them back. Your visitors should only experience a slight outage.
