If you paid for a premium service, you are now a customer of iFastNet, if you need help involving this, please contact iFastNet.
I want a refund. Misbuying
Please contact iFastNet for help regarding this situation. We can’t help here!
There’s no way to inquire.
These two websites are one copy. Why did you cheat? The money has been withdrawn and the premium has not come in. Are you kidding me? You can certify that the money has been withdrawn.
I’m going to report both. Can I report it internationally?
This is a site fault that is not responsible for premium payment errors rather than repeated articles. (https://infinityfree.com
, https://ifastnet.com)
Why did you cheat?
YIKES! You are currently a customer of IFastNet, the premium hosting service that powers InfinityFree. InfinityFree doesn’t have premium plans, iFastNet does. iFastNet helps power InfinityFree, providing us free hosting services, so that’s why InfinityFree exists. When you purchase a premium plan from InfinityFree, your purchasing a premium plan from iFastNet, making you the customer of iFastNet.
Here’s a topic that may help you:
Please contact support.iFastNet.com. InfinityFree is a separate entity and does not have access to iFastNets billing system.
I paid $9.99, but the premium is not activated.
InfinityFree didn’t cheat you. You purchased a service from iFastNet. InfinityFree is a completely separate company.
iFastNet has some access to InfinityFree systems: they maintain the free hosting platform, and they also use this to be able to migrate websites to their premium services.
But InfinityFree has zero insight into iFastNet’s premium services. We just have a few links that go to iFastNet’s website. That’s basically the extent of our integration with them.
We can’t see you orders, your payments, your hosting accounts, your domains, your tickets or anything else you may have at iFastNet. That also means we can’t check if your account is activated, active it, check your payments or provide refunds. For all of those things, you need to contact iFastNet.
From experience I know that iFastNet tends to check orders from new customers by hand due to fraud prevention. I think they generally activate orders on their own within 24 hours, but if you submit a ticket, the account can be activated in as little as 10 minutes.
But again, you need to contact iFastNet, not InfinityFree about this.
If you saw an ad on TV, ordered something that was advertised there, and the advertiser didn’t fulfill the order correctly, who do you contact? Would you contact the TV station, because you saw the ad on their channel?
Because that’s what you’re doing. We just advertise iFastNet’s services. But any premium services are ordered directly from iFastNet, InfinityFree is not involved in that at all.
Does infinity apply if I buy a premium?
Example: If you purchase unlimited mysql related
No, InfinityFree and iFastNet are separate. When you buy a paid plan you are a customer of iFastNet. You can still use your free hosting account, but all the benefits will only be available in your paid iFastNet account.
How can I save unlimited mysql in InfinityFree? I’ll pay you.
You can’t. Also, there is a 400 database MySQL limit, I don’t see why you would ever want more then that.
Disc capacity unlimited
Again, not possible. InfinityFree only provides free hosting, nothing else. You can’t pay to upgrade an InfinityFree plan, it is not possible.
If you want more then what the InfinityFree plan provides, please upgrade to iFastNet or choose a different service provider that fits what you are looking for
