Since the evening of May 10, the domain wuaze.com was suspended by the registry due to abuse.
Which components are affected by this issue
All subdomains of the wuaze.com are down, and any websites on them are unavailable.
Other subdomains, custom domains, website files, databases, etc. are all unaffected by this.
What issues may you see
The nameservers of wuaze.com were removed. Because of this, you will see DNS lookup errors like:
This site can’t be reached
Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.
When will this issue be resolved
We are currently talking to our domain registrar to get the suspension lifted. However, as we are at their mercy, we have no way to tell when the domain may be reactivated.
What can you do to fix this
The best way to protect yourself against domains suspensions of free subdomains is to register a custom domain and use it to host your website.
Updates
May 12 - 22:00 UTC
I was told the wuaze.com domain was restored around 13:30 UTC earlier today.
However, due to DNS caching, it can take up to 48 hours for all subdomains to be visible everywhere. Unfortunately, that’s out of our control.
This means the issue is resolved for now, although we’re still working to make sure that this will not happen again.
Hello, I am a new user and new to website building. How do I migrate my existing website from wuaze domain to another domain/ domain name? I don’t quite get it. Thanks for the reply!
Even if wuaze.com hasn’t been shown on the list of available subdomains on my browser despite waiting for “up to 48 hours”? I could try to restore my work after deleting one because I thought It was permanently suspended. (I have a full backup for my work, i mean a website)
I disabled the domain in the subdomain selector while it was down. Not much reason to have people create subdomains that don’t work, after all. But I forgot to re-enable it when the domain was reactivated.
