empty site advertise to other imageboards no reponse and i believe this was mistake and i can’t wait 24 hours because after that its perma deleted when the 24 hours are over forever.
If your account it suspended, it will give you more details in your account dashboard.
If its a temporary suspension, then your account will automatically be reactivated after 24 hours.
If its a permeant suspension, then you’ll have to follow the instructions in the dashboard to raise a support ticket.
If you look in your dashboard, you should see a banner like this:

It says temporary, in which case your account will be available again when it says, and there’s nothing you can do to reactivate it sooner. There may be some adjustments you can make to your site to prevent further suspensions afterwards though.
After that 24 hours has passed, your site will be active again.
However, you did reach the hit’s limit. Meaning that too many people viewed your site. You may want to be careful when sharing links to your site as this can cause a massive influx of traffic
a hit is not a vist it just when a file makes a request.
Correct. So most visits will trigger multiple hits, since every page is made up of a minimum of 1 file, but usually more (each image displayed for example will produce a new hit)
As such, if you have a massive influx of visitors, you’ll also see a massive spike it the number of hits
Is there a specific number? Like if these number of people visited an website will reach the limit….?
Its not quite that simple. The hits generated by a visit will vary from page to page.

the hits limit is 50,000 in 24 hours. So I think you’re probably pretty safe

site got taken down again for severe content and i believe its a mistake because the site is not well known so i believe it a mistake.
Remember thats not 50,000 visits it 50,000 hits.
IF its a permanant ban, you’ll be given the option to raise a ticket. If you believe there has been a mistake then you can raise a ticket and make your claim
