I logged in to my infinity free account and saw this message about my domain (www.Seriezloaded.com.ng)
“Your account was suspended for hitting the limits of your free hosting account, or because of abuse. Submit a support ticket to learn more.”
I have submitted a ticket going to 2hrs and i haven’t gotten a reply… What should I do pls?
My site is back online… Admin u can close it… Thanks Infinity free

Unfortunately tickets are not handled from here, and there is nothing @Admin can do.
You should wait for the support team to answer, keep in mind that they give priority to their premium customers.
Check your cpanel, if Inode usage is higher or 100% then it will be automatically reactivated in 24 hours.
This also applies to the CPU, RAM and other limits.

If it was for abuse, you should get in touch with the Support team. They will help you with that.
You must explain them the reason why you believe your site should not be suspended, or aks them to reactivate it.
