Welcome to the forum
Did you keep a backup of your files?
a 24 hour suspension means that you’ve hit one of the daily limits. Most likely either hits or CPU usage. This is unfortunately one of the limitations you agreed to when signing up with InfinityFree and there’s nothing anyone here can do about that. This proccess is handled by IFastNet (who provide the infrastructure) and is automatic.
Can anyone tell me how to contact with them? Will i be able to get domain active again after sometime? Cause it is saying domain temporary suspended. Not permanent.
For future reference, please create your own thread instead of hijacking existing ones. You can find everything you need to know about your situation here:
You’re already in the right place: support is handled through this forum. There is no support ticket option for temporary suspensions, but let me get ahead and answer the frequently asked questions regarding temporary suspensions:
- No, it’s not possible to reactivate your account sooner. You have to wait for the full 24 hours.
- No, we cannot tell you exactly what code is responsible for this. The data you see in the panel is about the extent of the data we have. We just count the CPU usage per account, we don’t have a way to break it down per website or script.
- No, we cannot give you a backup of your website. You can backup your website after the account is reactivated.
- Yes, you can hit the CPU limit even if you’re the only one using it. CPU usage is a measure of the work your website is doing, it’s not a measure of traffic. If you’re doing many CPU intensive things on your website while building it, you can absolutely hit the CPU limit all on your own.
That’s what “temporary” means, yes.
Besides that, please read the information in the client area, control panel or the email you got. It all very clearly says that your account will be reactivated automatically after 24 hours.
