Hey everyone. I’ve been using InfinityFree for quite some time now, and I finally decided to buy a domin. I bought my domain through Porkbun, and therefore I was going to point my domain to the IP address of my website. However, everytime I do this, I am redirected to “Suspended Domain”. Why is it doing this, and how can I fix it?
Did you add the domain toy hosting account yet?
Do you still have to add a domain through Cpannel? Even if you are pointing to the IP?
Yes, that way the system knows which account to add the domain to since this is shared hosting.
Nameservers of domain need to be set to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com first.
Domain will then need to be added to hosting account.
Would I still be able to use Porkbun’s features such as SSL and TLS?
Yes, after you add the domain name to your Hosting Account successfully, you can revert the nameservers and use all of Porkbun’s features. This would also mean that all of the DNS features in vPanel (MX, CNAME, SPF) would have no effect on your domain.
