This issue can happen if you hit the inode limit, hits limit, or bandwith usage. If the domain is new, and none of that should have happened, make sure you have opened the control panel upon creating the domain, it usually allows some stuff to work for me, or some issues to fix, otherwise wait a day or two, and if it continues to happen, delete it and make it again, or contact support

Is your domain name less than 72 hours old? Then you are seeing this because of DNS caching. Your hosting account is not suspended and there is nothing wrong with it in any other way.
