regarding the 404 error, that has nothing to do with the 72 hours (that’s DNS propagation, which would give a timeout error) and just means that the site is trying to display a page that doesn’t exist.

do you have an index.php\index.html in the root of your htdocs directory? and are you certain its not redirecting to another page that doesn’t exist yet?

yes i do have the index.php and it and now i just checked again and it has the 403 error. I will go and remove the email now. Thanks.

Looking at the Directory Status card in the client area, the issue seems pretty clear to me:

When I check the file manager, I see you uploaded all files to a subfolder within the htdocs folder. That will not work, the server will look for your website directly in the htdocs folder. If you move everything from that subfolder directly to the htdocs folder, that should solve the issue.

Oh! Thanks. I have done that but it is still not available yet. There is server error 500.

that mans your PHP has crashed, not a server problem per se. you can turn on full error messages in the dashboard.
