M trying to registre my domain in cloudflare but they said that (m’y website is not a registred domain)
They cant find it
Also m’y website takes UP to 20s to load and sometimes it load as http without ssl encryption (its already installed sometimes it works sometimes no)

I’m baffled. You said your website was urasec.42web.io not urasec.io.
If I may make an assumption:
The domain in question is urasec.42web.io and FangYuan wants to add it to Cloudflare, which doesn’t work. To try and make it work, they removed part of the domain name so it looked like a custom domain, which also doesn’t work.
But the fact of the matter is this: Cloudflare doesn’t accept subdomains. So if you have a free subdomain, you cannot host it on Cloudflare.
If you want to use Cloudflare, you’ll have to register a custom domain first. Anything else will just result in an error.
