The message says that you cannot add the domain because it is already added.
What makes you believe that you cannot add it?
Spamming messages with random at signs and hashtags is not getting your problem resolved any faster. Please understand that this is a community forum, not a live chat support, so don’t expect instant replies to your messages.
As for the problem itself, the reason why you cannot add your domain is exactly what it says there: the domain is already assigned an in use.
I can tell you that the domain is assigned to another account at InfinityFree, and it was assigned in the last few days.
Did you sign up with another email address too by any chance? If so, try logging in with that too, because you’ll probably find your domain name there.
listen to me carefully As soon as my friend went to the domain and made the name server yours infinity free After that, that domain has been linked by someone else, some other person has linked it.And my friend is not able to link that domain again. That’s why I am telling you, if you can remove that domain from your account then remove it.Again my friend will add this to his account. If you can help me then tell me and why did you stop the chat replace system that my friend was using, Infinity Free

Subject: Urgent: My domain Finopay.fun is added to someone else’s account (Domain Hijacking)
Message Body:
Hello InfinityFree Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my domain Finopay.fun.
I purchased this domain from Hostinger and pointed the nameservers to InfinityFree (ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com). While waiting for the 24-hour DNS propagation period, it appears that another user has added my domain to their InfinityFree account without my permission.
When I attempt to add the domain to my own account, I receive an error stating that the domain is already added to another account.
Here are the details:
- Domain Name: Finopay.fun
- Registrar: Hostinger
- Issue: Unauthorized addition of my domain to another user’s account.
I am the legal owner of this domain. I can provide the purchase receipt and screenshots of my Hostinger dashboard as proof of ownership.
Please remove the domain Finopay.fun from any existing accounts in your system so that I can add it to my rightful account.
Looking forward to your quick response.
Best regards,
OK, what’s going on here?
Now there is a third client area profile claiming that the domain name should belong to them. Or is @Ramesh5771 and @Jio986 two profiles from the same person? I can see that both profiles were logged in to within 10 minutes from either other from the same IP address.
And if you have two profiles, are you absolutely sure you don’t have a third profile where you’ve assigned your domain name to? Because looking at all three profiles side by side, I see identical user agents, similar or same IP addresses, and similar usage patterns.
I have both accounts.
Hello InfinityFree Support Team,
I am writing this email as a final and formal notice regarding my domain Finopay.fun, which is currently locked to an InfinityFree account without my authorization.
I am the legitimate and legal owner of this domain, purchased from Hostinger. I have full ownership proof, including:
- Domain purchase receipt
- Registrar account access
- Ability to modify DNS and nameservers
Despite this, I am unable to add or remove my domain from my InfinityFree account because it is already assigned to another InfinityFree user account. This situation is unacceptable and appears to be a system misuse or internal conflict.
Please understand clearly:
- I do NOT grant permission to any third party to use my domain.
- If this domain is not released from all InfinityFree accounts immediately, I will:
1. Change the nameservers at Hostinger
2. Migrate my website to another hosting provider
3. Consider this an unauthorized use of my property
I request that Finopay.fun be fully removed from all InfinityFree accounts within 24 hours so that I can either add it to my correct account or move to another platform without further conflict.
If this issue is not resolved, I will no longer be responsible for any disruption caused by nameserver changes.
Looking forward to your immediate action.
Regards,
[Jio986]

- Support is not 24/7. Wait paitiently.
- You seriously think that changing nameservers will disrupt us???
Like we purposefully stealed your domain just for this landing page???
Hello,
I understand that support is not 24/7, and I am willing to wait for proper assistance.
However, the core issue remains unresolved:
The domain finopay.fun is owned by me and registered with Hostinger.
I have full control over DNS and nameservers.
InfinityFree shows that this domain is already assigned to another InfinityFree account, which prevents me from using it on my correct account.
This is not an accusation, only a technical conflict that needs administrative action from your side.
Regarding nameservers:
Changing nameservers does not “disrupt” InfinityFree itself, but it does affect my domain usage, which is fully under my control as the domain owner.
What I am requesting is simple and reasonable: Please unlink / release finopay.fun from all InfinityFree accounts so I can either:
Add it to my correct account, or
Move it to another hosting provider.
I am happy to provide domain ownership proof if required.
Thank you for your time. I am waiting for a proper resolution.
Regards,
Jio986

OK, but I’m not Admin, so you’ll have to wait.
You’ve not answered admins question above though
Are you sure you don’t have a third account, that Finopay.fun is linked to? Because it looks a lot like its one of yours.
If you are 100% certain that this third account isn’t yours, then admin can (with appropriate proof of ownership) release it from the other account.
BUT if that account is yours, then it’s a lot quicker for you to either just use that account, or remove it from that account, and add it to the one you want.
@Ramesh5771 I had only this single account, so I had to create another account, this one.I had to create it only to chat with you because the chatting system in my account has been closed, that is why I have only two accounts, I don’t have a third account, understand?
Ok, In that case you’ll need to wait for Admin to say what’s needed in order to verify your ownership of the domain.
In the meantime, you may want to check if anyone else in your house has an account and may have added the domain in error, since Admin said the account its on has been logged into from “similar or same IP addresses” as the account your posting from now.
Thanks for the clarification.
To prove you own the domain name, can you please change the nameservers from ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com to ns1.byet.org and ns2.byet.org? They are basically identical (and you can add the domain to your account right away with those nameservers), but demonstrates that you control the domain name.
After your have done that, please reply back here. I’ll check it and remove the domain from the account that currently has it.
