I keep getting an error about a mismatching SS version or cipher. I installed new SSL certificates, but it still does not work. Am I affected by the outage or is it some other problem?

Can you try clearing your cache or using an incognito window. If that doesn’t fix it, please share a screenshot of the error you’re getting
Can say for certain it’s got nothing to do with the previous HTTPS issue on free sub-domains for 2 reasons.
1 - that issue was resolved
2 - Your domain isn’t a free subdomain, so wouldn’t have been affected by the issue.
Because its a custom domain, you’ll need to manually install an SSL certificate or use cloudflare’s SSL tools to be able to use https

I think this explains a lot of the issue you’re seeing:
Your domain is not using our hosting right now. Any SSL used is provided by the current host, and any issue with that is up to them to fix.
If you want to host your website here and what to setup SSL here, please update your domain to point to our servers.

Thanks for the hint. That post pointed in the right direction and I was able to track down the issue. The DNS record was wrong. I corrected them and now it works as a charm. Thanks everybody for your kind support!
