Domain not showing in control panel — need resync

Hello InfinityFree Admin,

I have an issue with 2 domains inside my hosting account:

:one: grb.free.nf — This domain shows up in the Client Area but it’s missing in the Control Panel (Addon Domains section). When I visit the domain, it redirects to https://suspended-domain.net/. I want this domain to be fully resynced and properly linked to my hosting account.

:two: grb-rules.great-site.net — This domain also shows in the Client Area but does not appear in the Control Panel. It also redirects to https://suspended-domain.net/. I want this domain to be fully removed from my account.

:wrench: Important:
I have other domains in the same hosting account that are working fine — please do not make any changes to the other domains.

Thank you very much for your help!

There is a resync button built into the client area that should help sync the domain list with the hosting platform:

You can press that, and if any domain or subdomain is still missing, try re-creating it and see if your site appears or not

I have already tried re-adding the domain, but the issue is not solved. The domain shows in Client Area but not in Control Panel.

Can any Admin please check and resync the domain on your backend?

Thank you!

Did you follow @wasik405’s instructions?

yeah but problem not solved, maybe sometimes if the problem is deeper in backend — the resync may fail.

The hosting platform has two internal databases I think that contain domain names, which should have the same data but due to errors during modifications can get out of sync. This is not something I can fix directly, but I will ask iFastNet to do it.

Thank you very much for your help!
I really appreciate you forwarding this to iFastNet for the resync.
I’ll wait for the update and hope the issue will be resolved soon.

Thanks again for your support!

The issue should now be resolved! The domains are now visible again in both the control panel and client area and should be fully working again. If you want to move the domains to another hosting account, you can remove them now too.
