My account shows that I don’t have any domains, I submitted a domain transfer request (from infinity free to cloud flare) but it won’t go through until I change the name servers. I checked my infinity free account and I don’t have any registered domains. What is the issue here?
If your account isn’t showing a domain you previously added, its possible that you’ve accidentally created multiple accounts and are logging into the wrong one.
Or if you’ve not added it to your account in your dashboard then it wont show
Please understand that changing the nameservers of your domain is not the same as transferring the registration of your domain.
We do provide website hosting and DNS hosting, but we do not provide domain registration services. So to host a domain name with us, you’ll need to have the domain name registered elsewhere.
The WHOIS information of your domain shows that your domain is currently registered with Squarespace. So you can change your domain’s nameservers at Squarespace if you want to use Cloudflare’s DNS service for your domain name. If you actually want to transfer your domain name registration itself to Cloudflare (Cloudflare is both a DNS hosting provider and a domain registrar), you can disable the transfer lock and obtain the transfer authorization code from Squarespace too.
I did have a quick look at your profile and I can see that you hosted the domain name with us in May of last year, until it was deleted due to inactivity in September. If you want to host the domain with us again, you can create a new hosting account and link your domain name to it. But that’s all unrelated to your domain name registration.
