The nameservers have been configured in Spaceship (domain registrar) and the first time this was done, there was a propagation error (only 87% completed as it failed for some data centers). After a few days this propagation was reinitiated and currently shows 100% completed.
Some posts online and even InfinityFree support said that this could be due to DNSSEC enabled by the domain registrar, but when I checked with them they said its not enabled for this domain, so there is nothing which they can disable as such.
