I really can’t understand on what are you trying to say, and do note that NS can be only changed in namesilo and not in IF. It takes some time for the ns to propogate
If this is a new domain, depending on your registrar, it can take up to 72 hours to setup and propagate, using Google DNS, I too get NXDomain, which means your nameservers are propagating still, even though your domain is registered.
And @KangJL , whois Nameservers are updated from cache, and aren’t fully reliable.
In this case, I recommend reading through this article:
The domain status is clientHold. The WHOIS output shows there are nameservers, but an actual DNS lookup returns nothing.
It would seem that the domain name is taken down for some reason on the registrar/registry level. If so, you should contact NameSilo about this, as they should know more about what’s going on.
Looking at the age of your domain name, can you please double check with NameSilo that your registrant contact information has been verified? After registering a new domain name, registrars are required to validate the email address of the registrant. If the validation is not completed within a few weeks, they have to take down the domain until the verification is completed.
