Checker shows erros, but there is no definitive guide or link which shows how to correct the errors.
Please advise or redirect me to an area that shows how to modify the errors.
I am trying to get SSL but it is clearly failing due to the microsoft entries.
Error reports are great, but there is no indicator how to fix them.

I feel I am missing a whole step that isn’t mentioned anywhere.
I understand about CNAME - although it isn’t available in my Control Panel.
I understand about applying for and setting up a certificate,
but there must be an initial step somewhere that I cannot find .

The issue regarding the instability of the hosting platform API has been fixed now.
Also, please note that the domain is 42web.io, not web42.io. That’s why the nameservers are shown as invalid: your domain’s nameservers are fine, but you’re not checking the right domain.
As for your SSL troubles, I don’t see any SSL orders on your account I could check.
