I am trying to add my domain raxzorx.sbs to my InfinityFree account, but I get the message “domain is already assigned and in use.”
I have never used InfinityFree with this domain before. It was previously hosted on Free2Host, and I have already deleted it from there. I’ve also updated the nameservers to point to InfinityFree (ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com), and it’s been over 72 hours.
Please help me remove/unlink this domain from your system so I can use it.
Are you sure you removed the domain from your Free2Host account? Because it looks like your domain is still hosted with them. Please understand they use the same backend as we do, so you actually need to remove the domain from your Free2Host account, just changing the nameservers won’t work in your case.
I am talking to their support team and have asked them but haven’t received any reply from them yet as to why my entire page is not going through its server.
I looked it up and the domain raxzorx.sbs is currently still assigned to an account at free2host.eu.org, it’s definitely not deleted there.
If you don’t have access to the account, I will ask iFastNet to delete the domain for your there. Your domain is already pointing to our nameservers, which is sufficient proof for me that you own the domain name.
If we can do this for you, would you mind removing or updating your review on TrustPilot? You have given us a 1-star review there due to an issue caused by your previous hosting provider, and I don’t think it’s fair to punish us for that.
Posting a bad review is not the way to ask for support. We’re happy to help you here, you don’t need to punish us first for not doing something you haven’t asked us to do yet.
Please help me, I will give you five stars because this has happened to me that my website is not opening in such a way, I have deleted it, from there also such domain is opening on this website
You are right, you gave me my login page, in this case, that is not my login page, it is my old login page, I have deleted it.Even then the same website is opening
