Domain Issue

Hello Admins,

I am trying to add my domain raxzorx.sbs to my InfinityFree account, but I get the message “domain is already assigned and in use.”

I have never used InfinityFree with this domain before. It was previously hosted on Free2Host, and I have already deleted it from there. I’ve also updated the nameservers to point to InfinityFree (ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com), and it’s been over 72 hours.

Please help me remove/unlink this domain from your system so I can use it.

My InfinityFree username is: if0_38959499

Thank you!

I assume Free2Host use IFastNet just like InfinityFree?

If you’ve only recently removed it from Free2Host, there may be a period of time before its properly removed.

looking at your site raxzorx.sbs it looks like its still being hosted somewhere, as there’s an active site showing.

The name servers are currently still showing as
ns1.byet.org through to ns5.byet.org. These changes can take a little bit of time

Are you sure you removed the domain from your Free2Host account? Because it looks like your domain is still hosted with them. Please understand they use the same backend as we do, so you actually need to remove the domain from your Free2Host account, just changing the nameservers won’t work in your case.

I am talking to their support team and have asked them but haven’t received any reply from them yet as to why my entire page is not going through its server.

I have deleted the domain completely from there by clicking on delete domain from c panel

so just to clarify, the above site currently links to the following login page:

is that the same page that was hosted with Free2Host?

I looked it up and the domain raxzorx.sbs is currently still assigned to an account at free2host.eu.org, it’s definitely not deleted there.

If you don’t have access to the account, I will ask iFastNet to delete the domain for your there. Your domain is already pointing to our nameservers, which is sufficient proof for me that you own the domain name.

If we can do this for you, would you mind removing or updating your review on TrustPilot? You have given us a 1-star review there due to an issue caused by your previous hosting provider, and I don’t think it’s fair to punish us for that.

Posting a bad review is not the way to ask for support. We’re happy to help you here, you don’t need to punish us first for not doing something you haven’t asked us to do yet.

Please help me, I will give you five stars because this has happened to me that my website is not opening in such a way, I have deleted it, from there also such domain is opening on this website

You are right, you gave me my login page, in this case, that is not my login page, it is my old login page, I have deleted it.Even then the same website is opening

The domain has now been removed from the previous account! So you can now add it to your account with us.

If I am opening it then why is this website not opening? Now why is my site writing like this?

This is what you can see son, I have inserted the HTML to take a try, this one is not visible

Transferring domains from one account to another will take some time, maybe an hour or too. DNS Propagation might take 72 hours.

It is not happening, this is the problem, I have done all the setup

Looks like your domain is working. You may have to clear your browser cache.

Subject: My Custom Domain raxzorx.sbs Shows 404 Error Even After Correct Setup

Dear InfinityFree Team,

My name is Ranjit and I’m reaching out for support regarding an issue I’m facing with my website.

I have a custom domain: raxzorx.sbs

Here is what I’ve done so far:

  1. I’ve updated the nameservers of my domain to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com.
  2. The domain is active and DNS has fully propagated.
  3. I have uploaded all required PHP files (index.php, config.php, home.php, logout.php) into the htdocs directory via the file manager.
  4. My free subdomain (raxzorx.ct.ws) works perfectly and loads the site.
  5. However, when I try to open raxzorx.sbs, it shows a 404 – Page Not Found error.

I believe the domain is either:

  • Not correctly linked to my hosting account, or
  • The files are not being properly mapped to the domain’s root folder.

Please check if my domain raxzorx.sbs is properly attached to my hosting account and serving files from the correct directory.

Kindly let me know if I need to add the domain manually through the Addon Domains section or take any further steps.

Thank you for your support!

Best regards,
Ranjit

How recently did you change the name servers and add it to your account? Might still be going through DNS propergation?
