Our domain name provider claims nothing is wrong at their side. Is there something I need to change in my settings at infinityfree to make this work?

I now have changed the DNS servers with my domain name provider to ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com.
It’s been a few days but it still doesn’t work…

When I try with my iPhone it says the server cannot be found.
When I try with my computer it says DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Is there anything else I should check/change to make it work?
